Refund Policy

Buyer protection starts on the day the seller ships the product.

 

Money Back Guarantee
• If the product is not received within buyer protection period being 75 days.
• If the product is not as described, missing parts, or arrives damaged (photos of damaged product must be provided).
You will have 15 days from receiving the item to return it without any reason and for free if the item's conditions meet our requirements.
Each buyer can benefit from the Free Return for maximum 3 times per month.

Claim Process
1. Contact seller - Click the link "Contact" under the heading 'Pages' or at the top of the website.
2. Seller will contact the retailer on your behalf and open a dispute.
3. Seller will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your dispute.


Claim Process
The packaging time refers to the number of business days it will take for the seller to ship out your order after receiving payment. "Business days" equate to normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays are excluded. Make sure to complete your payment to the seller as soon as possible to receive your order faster. If the seller does not ship the order within the normal packaging time, you will receive a full refund.


Statutory Rights for EU Consumers
The seller must comply with other relevant legal requirements (warranty, return, etc.) that may be applicable depending on your location as buyer. For instance, in most EU countries you will generally have a 2-year legal conformity warranty and a 14-day free right to return (please note that in case of return, the buyer must bear the cost of returning the products to the seller).
